LUNEGA is an intercultural event agency in Erlangen. We work worldwide and with an international audience. We like to tune into all cultures, while the client and his clients always take center stage.
What can we do for you?
- Consultation (free of charge), development of your goals, determination of the target group
- Writing up the guest list, inviting the guests, all-round service for the invitees - even prior to the event
- Layout and print of all necessary printed matter; giveaways, guest gifts
- Consultation and organization of locations, multimedia, technology, catering, entertainment, interpreting, staff, hosts and press
- Development of the event program (agenda, presentations, entertainment)
- Hotel service, guest pick-up
- During the Event: provide a meeting point and contact person on-site
- and... a friendly smile!
Our individual conference arrangements and services can of course be combined individually with technical equipment, catering and the appropriate location.
