is famous through radio and television. She is the owner Friederike von der Marwitz
of the company "International Business- Perfor-
mance". Born in South America as a descendant of Albrecht Graf von Roon she lived in Great Britain for seven years and in Latin America for ten. She graduated from the University of Mainz with a degree in linguistic. Friederike von der Marwitz gained experience in national and international business performance by working in big business (e.g. Siemens), Embassies and on various boards.

She worked as trained interpreter at trade fairs and for press agencies. Robert Zollitsch

While it is fairly unproblematic to acquire Robert Zollitsch
theoretical knowledge through literature, the real
experience of the "culturally different" and an appropriate way of dealing with it can scarcely be conveyed by literature alone. Robert Zollitsch, in contrast, speaks at the seminar as a 100-percent practitioner. The German composer Robert Zollitsch, known in China under the name of Lao Luo, is one of the leading forces of a new Chinese art music. Before turning to China, he studied musicology and music theory in Munich and Berlin. In 1993, he went to Shanghai to study the guqin, the classical Chinese zither. Shortly after he arrived in Shanghai, he started music projects together with Chinese musicians and thus significantly shaped a development in the Chinese music world. In China, Zollitsch is esteemed for his deep understanding of traditional Chinese music, and his scores to classical Chinese literature receive highest praise among Chinese experts. Even in his private life, Zollitsch lives "in both worlds" - he is married to the exceptional Chinese singer Gong Linna.
