What costs can I expect?
You are in control of costs from the beginning. We work within your budget and show you solutions, so you have your costs under control.
Can I lower the costs?
Yes- by using your staff or location for your event. There are many possibilities, which we will be happy to implement for you.
How much notice should you give us?
In the area of relocation/moving services we are very flexible and need only a few days.
Events (depending on expenditure) can be safely realized within one week. Of course we also realize trade-fair appearances, depending on system building or conventional construction, according to your schedule.
Talk to us- we'll make it possible.
Can you also fill in on short notice, e.g. as a substitute?
We can replace your event manager at short notice, even in the last phase of the realization of your event.
Do you speak our language?
German and English are standard and after consultation, we can work in many languages.
Do you take care of everything?
All the services from one source. We work with professional service providers and subcontractors. They are for example perfect catering services, entertainers, technicians, booth builders, hosts, location providers, sports event agencies, manufacturers of advertising material, PR agencies, interpreters, photographers etc.
Are you looking for the perfect location for our conference or event?
We find the perfect setting for you. A castle, a palace, a conference hotel, a wellness oasis, a tent in the dessert, an igloo in Antarctica.
Do you work nationally and internationally?
We are happy to work with our contacts abroad for you, or go to the location ourselves.
Do you also prepare trade fairs abroad?
We work together with booth builders and can plan and realize your appearance in Germany or abroad.

Who is liable?
We are liable for procurement and coordination, as well as for personal injuries and material damages caused by us.
All our subcontractors are insured themselves.

Where do we find you?
We are a company based in Erlangen, Germany. After consultation, we can schedule an appointment in Erlangen, in an extra rented office or at your location.
We would like to manage our event ourselves, but are still very unsure.
No problem! You are welcome to come to our workshop and learn tips and tricks, in order to avoid embarrassing mistakes and make your event a success.
